Chalet Rules

• During the night, the house cannot be occupied by more people than the number stated in the initial contract. Notify Chalet KDSP of any changes to this effect. If this number is not respected, a minimum penalty of $200 could be imposed or the tenant could be evicted from the building.
• The building may only be used for holiday purposes.
• The tenant may not assign his rights under the rental agreement or sublet the property.
• If the tenant does not leave at the time specified in the contract on the day of departure, additional charges may apply.
• No smoking in the building.
• Please pick up your cigarette butts if you smoke outside.
• Proper use of the SPA as indicated in the traveler's guide you will receive.

If any of these rules are not respected, a minimum penalty of $500 could be imposed and result in the eviction of the tenant from the building.
